How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by tapping on "Forgot Password" on the login screen of the app. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can cancel your subscription by going to your iOS device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, and selecting fitTRKR to cancel.
Android: Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. You can cancel your subscription by opening the Google Play app, tapping your profile icon, tapping Payments & subscriptions, and then Subscriptions. Select fitTRKR and tap Cancel subscription.
How do I connect to Apple Health / Health Connect?
You can manage your health integrations by going to the Settings tab within the fitTRKR app and toggling the permissions for Health access.
How can I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting our support team via email.
